On 2076/11/03, a picnic was successfully organized in the forest of Chaubhar. The annual general meeting was also held on the same date. The Youth and Women's Committee was instrumental in the successful implementation of this program. At this family gathering, a debate / speech competition was organized to develop the confidence of the children of this society and to promote the mother tongue Maithili language. Prizes were distributed to the best speakers on this occasion. For further entertainment, a "musical chair" and a bingo game were organized. It was a golden opportunity to strengthen the ties between the people of this society as well as to break the loneliness of daily life. Encouraging participation of members of the Sudi society was seen in this banquet.
